The Stay & Play activities are hosted by Colorado Springs Convention & Visitors Bureau. 100% of the proceeds will be going to The Humane Society of the Pikes Peak Region.
Cancellation, Refund & Substitution Policy
All conference registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing to email@example.com by February 12, 2018. A refund of all fees, minus a $75 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by that date.
Attendees using Access Pass will have their points fully returned to available balance up until February 12, 2018. No refunds will be granted for requests postmarked after February 12, 2018. February 12, 2018, no Access Pass points will be refunded and they may not be transferred to another program.
The Foundation Pour event is a fundraiser and no refunds will be issued should you need to cancel, however, tickets are transferable.
Submit all requests to ASAE Registration via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. ASAE regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows. All requests for exceptions to the cancellation/refund policy must be submitted in writing by the registrant with appropriate documentation no later than March 20, 2018. After than time, no refund considerations will be made.
A transfer of your full registration to another individual is permitted prior to the conference by submitting written request to email@example.com. Onsite transfers must be accompanied by proof of the original confirmation letter. The individual submitting the transfer request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution. Funds from this program cannot be transferred to another program. Badge sharing, splitting and reprints are strictly prohibited.
Special Offers/Discount Codes/ASAE Access Pass
Use of discount codes is only valid at the time of the initial purchase/registration. Refunds will not be authorized for existing registrations where the special offer was received after the initial purchase. Discount codes cannot be applied to already reduced/discounted registrations including Access Pass. Access Pass cannot be used in conjunction with a Organizational Member (Staff < 9) discount. Limit one (1) special offer/discount code per registration.
ASAE Registration Eligibility Policy
ASAE’s Great Ideas Conference is designed for association executives, industry partners, and consultants to learn and discuss the industry’s future and the newest big ideas. Although anyone can attend the conference, the purchase of the Ultimate Team Building Executive Leadership Workshop, the The Secret Insights that Drive Human Behavior Executive Leadership Workshop, the Sunday Reception Guest tickets, and the Foundation Pour tickets are limited to those attendees who have also purchased a full-conference registration.
All registrations are reviewed to ensure they meet ASAE eligibility policies. ASAE reserves the right to refuse or cancel all ineligible registrations at any time and shall not be held accountable for any outside fees associated with this cancellation. Please refer to the specific Eligibility Policy above.
Registration and attendance at, or participation in, ASAE meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events and activities by ASAE and other third parties, including but not limited the venue, the host city, and the host CVB. Your registration may include technology that monitors your activities throughout the meeting, such as session attendance and booths visited.
Save when you register by February 11, 2018. Forms received without payment will be returned unprocessed. Please print multiple copies of the registration form to register additional attendees (one form per attendee).
Earn CAE Credits
You will be eligible to receive up to 13.25 Certified Association Executive (CAE) credits for attending the full Great Ideas Conference from March 11–13, 2018, or you could earn even more by attending one of the preconference programs:

Beginning approximately six weeks prior to the conference, you will be able to find a live attendee roster on the conference website under the registration tab.
