Registration Policies

Cancellation Policy

All cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing by February 12, 2016. A refund of the full conference fee, minus a $75 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by that date. No refunds will be granted for requests postmarked after February 12, 2016. Submit all requests to ASAE Registration via email at ASAE regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows.

Eligibility Policy

ASAE’s Great Ideas Conference is designed for association executives, industry partners, and consultants to learn and discuss the industry’s future and the newest big ideas. Although anyone can attend the conference, to purchase one of the 2016 Great Ideas Conference Executive Leadership Workshops, a Sunday Guest Reception ticket, and/or a tour, you must have also purchased a full-conference registration.

Ineligible Registrations

All registrations are reviewed to ensure they meet ASAE eligibility policies. ASAE reserves the right to refuse or cancel all ineligible registrations at any time and shall not be held accountable for any outside fees associated with this cancellation. Please refer to the specific Eligibility Policy above.

Substitution Policy

A transfer of your full registration is permitted prior to the conference by submitting written request to Onsite transfers must be accompanied with proof of the original confirmation letter. Only one transfer is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the transfer request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution. Badge sharing, splitting and reprints are strictly prohibited.

Payment Policy

Save when you register by February 13, 2016. Forms received without payment will be returned unprocessed. Please photocopy the registration form to register additional attendees (one form per attendee).

Special Offers/Discount Codes

Use of a discount code is only valid at the time of initial purchase/registration. Refunds will not be authorized for existing registrations where the special offer was received after the initial purchase. Discount codes cannot be applied to already reduced/discounted registrations. Limit one (1) special offer/discount code per registration.

Earn CAE Credits

You will be eligible to receive up to 11.5 Certified Association Executive (CAE) credits for attending the full Great Ideas Conference from March 13–15, 2016, or you could earn 14.25 CAE credits for attending both an Executive Leadership Workshop (Sunday, March 13, 9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.) and the full Great Ideas Conference.

Official Attendee Roster

Beginning about six weeks prior to the conference, you will be able to find a live attendee roster on the conference website under the registration tab.

Circle Club Members

Please contact your organization’s Circle Club representative to register. Note: The Preconference Workshop does not offer a discounted fee for Circle Club members.

Consent to Use of Photographic Images

Registration and attendance at, or participation in, ASAE meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution of the registrant or attendees’ image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such events and activities by ASAE and other third parties, including but not limited the venue, the host city and the host CVB.
