Cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing by February 6, 2015. A refund of the full conference fee, minus a $75 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by that date. No refunds will be granted for requests postmarked after February 7, 2015. Submit all requests to ASAE Registration via email at email@example.com. ASAE regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows. Substitutions are gladly accepted! Badge sharing, splitting, and reprints are strictly prohibited.
The purchase of the 2015 Great Ideas Conference Executive Leadership Program, Sunday Guest Reception ticket, and the Foundation Pour ticket are limited to those attendees who have also purchased a full conference registration.
All registrations are reviewed to ensure they meet ASAE eligibility policies. ASAE reserves the right to refuse or cancel all ineligible registrations at any time and shall not be held accountable for any outside fees associated with this cancellation. Please refer to the specific Eligibility Policy above.
Special Offers/Discount Codes
Use of discount codes is only valid at the time of the initial purchase/registration. Nonmembers using a discount code are not eligible to receive a one-year ASAE membership in conjunction with their registration. Refunds will not be authorized for existing registrations where the special offer was received after the initial purchase. Discount codes cannot be applied to already reduced/discounted registrations. Limit one (1) special offer/discount code per registration.
A transfer of your full registration is permitted prior to the conference by submitting written request to firstname.lastname@example.org. Onsite transfers must be accompanied with proof of the original confirmation letter. Only one transfer is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the transfer request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution. Badge sharing, splitting and reprints are strictly prohibited.
