ASAE & The Center’s “Going Green” Carbon Off-set Program
Carbonfund.org is leading the fight against global warming, making it easy and affordable for any individual, business or organization to eliminate their carbon footprint and hastening the transformation to a clean energy future. ASAE & The Center will offset your carbon footprint with a donation to CarbonFund.org based on the pound calculations of your flight.
This Conference is Paper-Lite
ASAE & The Center are trying to reduce the amount of paper we use at our conferences and symposia. This is an effort to be responsible toward our environment and to increase the quality and timeliness of the resources provided through this learning experience. Electronic program materials will replace paper and will be accessible online before, during, and after the program on a website that will be designed just for you, the attendee.
Parking at The Broadmoor
Valet parking is available to all overnight guests. The charge is $16 per night. This fee is charged directly to the guest's room. Valet parking is also available to those guests coming in for the day to dine or shop at the Hotel. This is a complimentary, day service. Gratuities are at the guest's discretion.
The hotel offers self-parking, available in the garage only. The charge to self-park for a 24 hour period is $14 per night, with in and out privileges. If a guest would like to self-park for the day, the charges are $4 for the first hour and $2 for each additional hour up to a maximum of $8 per day.
